{Rustic Charm} Reed

I had the pleasure of speaking with Zach's mother well in advance of our session together. One of my favorite parts about senior sessions is the planning portion when I get to hear parents talk about their child. Often times I get a glimpse into their personality, likes, hobbies and future plans. I love hearing the joy in the parents voice as they share all the fine details on their baby that will soon be flying the nest.

During our first phone call we typically plan the feel and location of our session. When planning our location I had two criteria, an old barn and something "woodsy". Location scouting can be tricky. I leave no stone un-turned to try to incorporate all the requested elements into my senior sessions. I am not beyond knocking on a strangers door to ask permission to take photos in front of their barn. We ended up finding the perfect combination of locations and I could not be happier closing out my senior sessions for the year with Zach.

A special thank you goes out to all of the seniors I have had the pleasure of working with this year.
